Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific model of the accessory you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all clips, antennas, and documentation, ensuring the product is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns department, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement accessories within 3 to 5 business days.
